Its some kind of scam. If you look at the website it has a few thousand word legal agreement that seems to give them unlimited rights to call or text you at the number you give them if you merely ask for the VIN of the car (among a lot of other rights you are giving away to them.)

Edit: Yeah, its some hinky deal. Check out this car. Its the same and then look at the “previous sales”. Its the same car. Supposed VIN is
